How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Call to Check or Cancel – Beat the queues and use our automated check and cancel service. Call us on 0151 327 1391 and select option 1, please ensure your telephone details are up-to-date otherwise the system won’t recognise you and you will be unable to cancel your appointment.  In this instance please phone reception who will be able to support you.
  2. Use the NHS App – You can cancel or reschedule it easily via the NHS App
