We also closely monitor the number of missed appointments, known as DNAs. When patients do not attend their booked appointments and do not cancel in advance, it results in lost time that could have been offered to someone else in need. Reducing DNAs is a key part of improving access for everyone. By working together, through reminders, easier cancellation options, and raising awareness, we aim to make the best use of every available appointment.
