MEDICATION UPDATE

You must allow 7 days before you run out of medication to put your request into Eastham Group Practice.

To request your medication please select one of the below options:

• NHS App
• easthamgrouppractie.co.uk/medication – click on the green box “Ordering Medication”.
• Patient Access
• Select items on your prescription slip and place in medication box in reception.

Your local pharmacy will no longer be ordering your prescription, it is your responsibility to order your medication.
