Friends and Family Feedback

In May & June 2023 a total of 160 patients completed the Friends & Family questionnaire either on paper in the surgery, via SMS messaging or online. This graph shows how patients responded to the question “Overall, how was your experience of our service?”

Any comments attached to these responses are discussed in team meetings and used to make improvements to our services.
