What to expect?

• A warm welcome
• A friendly, inclusive group comprised of our patients, staff and other local residents
• Led by a trained walk leader
• A route and pace to suit individual needs (this is considered an ‘entry level’ walk – longer distance/tougher terrain walking groups are available on the Wirral)
• A social cup of tea/coffee at the practice afterwards (in warmer months we use the garden at the rear of the building, in winter we use the upstairs waiting room)
