You will receive a text from us to book your vaccination

You will now receive a text with a link to book an appointment at the The Oval Leisure Centre.
If we cannot send you a text, you will receive a phone call to arrange your appointment.
If you have recently changed your phone number, please update your contact details with the surgery otherwise we will be unable to contact you regarding your vaccination when you are eligible.
⚠️ REMEMBER, WE WILL 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥:
• Ask you for your bank account or card details
• Ask you for your PIN or banking password
• Arrive unannounced at your home to administer the vaccine
• Ask you to prove your identity by sending copies of personal documents such as your passport, driving licence, bills or pay slips
