Prescriptions for new medication can only be issued following consultation with the Doctor.

Please ensure that you request your next prescription in plenty of time before your current supply runs out – particularly when approaching public holidays or when planning a holiday.

If you have a query with regards to your medication please call 0151 327 1391 option 2 between 10:00 – 14:00.
Alternatively you can email cmicb-wi.prescriptions.easthamgrouppractice@nhs.net. A member of our team will contact you within 2 working days to resolve your query.Patient AccessOrder via Patient Access – In order to register for this service you need to go into the practice to collect your log in details.
