Cancel Appointment via NHS App

Download the NHS App or open the NHS website up and login to access a range of NHS services online https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ 

Once you are logged in you will see the toolbar along the bottom of the screen, select “Appointments”.

You will then be able to see the appointment you are booked in for, to cancel select the “Cancel this appointment” highlighted red under the appointment:
